For Dawnie, it has always been about people. As a Senior Retail Leader, she has spent her career empowering individuals and teams to reach their full potential. That same instinct, to see what someone is capable of and help them get there, is exactly what drew her to co-found Friday Night Out.

Dawnie's son, Cade, who has autism, is at the heart of her passion for this community. Watching him and others with special abilities navigate the world has shaped everything about the way she shows up for Friday Night Out. She brings a collaborative spirit, a deep love for people, and a genuine belief that when the right community forms around someone, the impact is real and lasting.

No stranger to giving back, Dawnie is an active volunteer, serving as Board Vice President of the Alamo Women's Club and Fundraising Chair for the Assistance League. She brings that same energy and commitment to her work with Friday Night Out, combining her management experience and nonprofit background to help the organization grow and thrive.

Dawnie enjoys traveling with her husband, Dave, and spending time with her adult children Gianna and Cade.
